Arabic Theme Website Design / Logo

I am a female hiphop MC. I am launching a new music project catered towards arab/middle eastern culture and language. I wanted a SIMPLE and clean looking website for my new music. I would like the color theme to be gold and black primarily with a cool arab font. I was thinking like a hookah with smoke coming out the top and forming my stage name MUZZAH or something like that would be AWESOME. Again, I don't need anything fancy and extremely time consuming. Just something that looks nice and a logo I can start using to market my new music with. Some things to keep in mind about the theme/logo: > black and gold > arabic fonts > simple/clean > hookah themed ideas maybe? I am a student so my budget isn't to exceed $250 UNLESS you will work with me on payment plans (paypal) and I can just pay you in increments, that would be awesome!
