Clean, simple website mockup. StackOverflow/Reddit-esque.

I'm a web developer and am looking for someone to design the basic interface of a website for me. I will do the actual implementation of the code, so don't worry about HTML. All I need is a clean, simple and usable design that I can work off of. To get a feel for the the type of design that I'm looking for, take a look at StackOverflow and Reddit. I'm not looking for fancy gradients, Twitter feeds, Facebook integration or full screen stock photos. Just a content-centric website without any clutter. Preferably something unique. To filter out bots and incompetent bidders, send me a private message along with your bid. Include a portfolio and preferably some links to live websites and I'll send you concrete details from there. I don't think a one or two page mockup will take long for a moderately experienced designer to complete. Good luck!
