Custom Email Template that's Spam scored and renders correctly across top email readers

We're looking for someone with a lot of experience in creating custom emails and a long term partner for various communications to our Alumni. This bid is only for the current project, an HTML email template that would need to be done ASAP. Much of the concept of this template is already done including artwork but some creative abilities would also be necessary. We are mirroring another template design but using our images. The template should allow us to change the text of the message for frequent communications to our Alumni. You will also need the ability to process and provide the results of it's email deliverability ratings. This includes processing it against spam filters like Brightmail, SpamAssasin, etc. using a product like ReturnPath, Delivery Monitor, or similar. It alos needs to render correctly to top web and desktop email readers like Outloooks, AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, etc. Please provide examples of previous work. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
