13818 Design landing page

I need a page that has one single purpose: get the visitor to click on a link/image/banner that leads to the advertiser. For example, a visitor is browsing on the internet. 1) He sees a link called "10% discount on digital photography". 2) He clicks on it, and he is redirected to my page, the page that I want designed. 3) On my page, he clicks a link or banner to the advertiser. Step 3 is really important, because it's the way I earn back the money I spent on step 1. The landing page should be simple enough that the visitor is not distracted. The only purpose after all is to click on that ONE link or image to the advertiser. On the other hand, I want it to have somewhat of a design, so that the page looks good. Only if you are an expert at creating landing pages, please bid.
