Opencart professionals needed to create an daily deal extension

Opencart expert developer needed to create an daily deal extension. If you have little experience please do not bid. I need this to work and nicely presented. Need to be done ASAP. Currently using opencart 1.5.4 version with an third part theme. Requirements: 1- Able to upload one image for each deal. 2- When clicked on the deal it will link to the product page. 3- Display original price, Saving in percentage and current price after discount. 4- Display how many items “bought” on the top right corner of each deal as shown in design. 5- Product title description next to the price box. If title text is too long to fit the white space then it will be replace by …. 6- Mouse over deal will display black shade with deal expire time and text “Click to see this deal now” 7- If deal is expired, when mouse over deal will display text “Expired” and deal link will be disabled. 8- Able to upload as many as 18 deals. Deals can be added and deleted. 9- Each deal can have different expire time. 10- Will display SOLD OUT if no more stock. “SOLD OUT” text will replace the sale price and link to the product will be disabled.
