Advanced ClickBank Order Form CSS Customization

Hi all, I am wanting someone who has experience working with CSS to customize my Advanced ClickBank order form to look the way I want it to. I will supply all images and information to be used and also create a image of what I would like to order form to look like. This will be a very easy and straight forward job for someone who knows what they are doing. I can do this myself but would like to save time of learning CSS and hire somebody if possible.
