Build a flickr image search single page

Hello, I need a Flickr search functionality by making use of their JSON API. I need to create a web page where user can perform search by entering different queries in input box. When user hits the Enter key, the page must display images fetched from Flickr based on the entered query/keywords. Make sure only 50 image results are fetched at a time. When browser scrollbar gets near to the end, fetch 50 more images and so on. When user hovers over an image, a tooltip containing image title must be shown.
