Converter um template para um website

I - I´ve the following cs-cart template [login to view URL], but I want to request the convertion to be responsive and make it look simple, clean and modern. Widht Max.: 1024px. What I don´t like from the template above? 1 - The size. I want it to be 1024 px. 2 - Desing appearence doesn´t look modern; 3 - The shadows from the bars that separates the areas looks really bad. 4 - The e-commerce icons are bad. I want something clean, modern and simple. 5 - The "sign up newsletter" and "free shipping" bar can stay where is but could be more modern, simple and appealing, 6 - On the bottom area, after "The latest Products" will be added a new area for "news" or "Blog" page. The menus contained will be on the main menu above. And could contain th social icons and payment images. 7 - The font that describes the products, etc. is bad. 8 - The color of the websit/company is vivid orange and gray (see logo attached). The orange must be the identity of the website like the following: [login to view URL] This website is just for color combination reference, not more. 9 - No rounded corners...all squares. 10 - On the menu Products will have all the sub-categories as the following: [login to view URL], so it is important to guarantee that it feet the widht of the page. 11 - I want to keep the functionality, structure of the following [login to view URL], but changing the appearence, inspired by [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], BUT APPLYING YOUR DESIGN STYLE. Offcourse that the items mentioned above are mandatory, but you´re free to suggest other option´s and APPLY YOUR DESIGN STYLE. P.S. - The website "MUST BE RESPONSIVE".
