Breakthrough M2 Website Revised

Hi All , I would like to reconfigure my website [login to view URL] as follows: Move the page tabs along the top of the site verses along the left side with a sleeker tabs. Tabs from left to right, Home, The Plan, Before and Afters, Refer a Friend, Contact Us, Members Log In. Create a members area/page with log in credentials to replace the Protocol page. We will also need to be able to add downloadable files, create a community bulletin board, create a e-commerce area with shopping cart for ordering additional products, and add additional items as necessary. Move the recipes and protocol information to the members area above Create a website page link that will take the client to a video webinar complete with a shopping cart Create a refer a friend page tied to Get Response auto-responder to replace the Recipe Page. Take the home page to create a large header across the entire page and add a welcome video underneath the header on the left and lead capture form on the right above the fold. I think WordPress would be the best platform to use, however I am open to suggestions. I want to be sure that I can edit the information on the site as new item come up without having to have some else update the site. Please review and let me know if your bid.. I would also need to know what information you would need to begin the project. I have other projects that are coming up and I am looking to develop a long term relationship with someone.
