change to latest version creloaded from 6.2 version on 11sites and retain old templates

I need a creloaded expert to update all sites on my server, there are 11 of them to the latest creloaded version available. You must do the job so that i do not have to pay for new templates, the old templates must work with the new cart. I want an update to the newest version to avoid any vulnerabilities like the older versions have and you will also disable register_globals. About 7 of them have the 6.2 version while the others have newer versions but not the newest. Pls bid accordingly and looking to complete this job asap
