Build a website for apartment business

We are a startup company to provide services for apartments in Thailand, and looking for help to build a website for marketing and a web app to handle daily operation for our customers. Apartments are defined as low-rise building (less than 20 floors), which comprise of both commercial and residential units in various types (studio, 1 bedroom, suite, etc.). The main users will be staff at the front desk as well as managers. Usually customers rent a room (or unit) on contract basis (monthly or yearly), but occassionaly, a daily or short-term rent happens. Here is our daily operation that we have to handle: booking (with deposit), renting (sign contract), exiting (move-out or disappear), metering (water & electricity), billing (email notifications), maintenance (cleaning, installation, inspection, repair, etc.), and payments (receipts by email). Project requirements - marketing: a single page website with clean design and mobile friendly - operation: a web application serving desktop users (staff & admin) with clean design - deployment: domain registration, hosting, and configuration until up-and-run for 30 days Features - manage information about property & unit (mostly add/update) - keep customer records (including photo) - keep records of key/keycard and vehicle (car/motorcycle) - handle booking (security deposit) - handle renting (sign term contract in monthly or yearly basis) - handle temporary stay (daily or short-term stay with no contract) - record meters (water & electricity) and calculate expense for customers - schedule for tasks (cleaning, inspection, installation, repair and maintenance) - email notifications (billing, payment) - reports: daily, weekly, monthly - login > staff: mainly data entry with limited access to change/report > manager: full access to all information - services on cloud Preferences - Frontend: Angular or React - Backend: Node.js - Database: MongoDB or Firebase - Email: Mandrill - We're flexible about technology, so your suggestion will be welcome.
