Existing Wordpress site Redesign and Relaunch

We are looking for a WordPress and UX/UI developer who can redesign, revamp and deliver an existing site that is already in WordPress. Developer MUST have EXCELLENT WordPress and UX design skills. Current Site for Reference: [login to view URL] - is the site that will be rebuilt. We will be leveraging Jevelin theme (latest version) to re-design and launch the site. This is a small project considering the site is already in WordPress, and some of the work is already been done on the new (Jevelin) theme. Phase 1: Relaunch Requirements gathering and Delivering UX design and Typography for the newly built site - which can be delivered either in PDF or as pages itself within WordPress itself (for review) that will undergo revisions and built for final launch in the second phase. Milestone: Deliver new UX designs, reviewed and approved. Phase 2: Final pages/any custom code to be developed for re-launch + Any integration etc that will be done. Milestone: Final pages and (if any) integrations are done (tested and approved). Person must: - Be able to clearly communicate ideas clearly (over email + phone) and in a manner that can be understood by "non-tech" business person. - Provide frequent updates on progress, intermediate demos, frequently seeking + implementing feedback, rather than one "big-bang" implementation. - We are NOT looking for "just another" WordPress developer who can create pages that look very commonplace/using basic style etc, we are looking for someone who can create exceptional user design/experience, revamp/the existing "basic" wordpress site. - reply back with at least 4 best wordpress sites (with respect to UX and overall delivery) that you have worked up on. - ONLY individuals who can own the responsibility of the work are accepted for this project, NO agencies/companies/firms/project managers.
