System to place K access points in a house or a building.

Hello freelancers I would like to build a system with these requirements: System input: 1. The house or building layout with the material (only wood or concrete). 2. The location of the main routers (could be one or multiple). 3. Access points technology (WiFi n, ac, ...etc with supported frequency). System output: 1. A minimum number of access points. 2. Location of access points for optimal coverage, to avoid interference, wall reflections etc. The system should be web-based such that I can draw the house layout plan. However, if you can only design system as a prototype, I will find a web designer to help you with the web-based part. Your job is to find the best algorithms to determine the access point locations based on the given requirement. Thus, part of this job is research. If you are very familiar with this work, please prepare a small cover letter to explain your expertise and how you intended to build this system.
