Theme design for blogger.com blog

For my small company website I have created a [login to view URL] blog and I need someone to come up with a theme/design that matches the design (style/look) of my homepage [login to view URL] The desired outcome should be a collection of HTML, settings and instructions on how I should apply the theme to my blog. Access to my blog account is not available, instead you create a temporary [login to view URL] blog with the desired design and then I can copy it over to my blog. This is a pretty simple task.
