I WANT TO BUILD A LIKE SPREADSHIRTS WITH CUSTOMIZED

Hello, I want to build a website typically spreadshirt, multi vendor store print-on-demand website with design tool and all picture models and graphics..........or advise us on how we should develop unique ones This application will include the ability to receive designs and orders from multiple store front and individuals within the website and email my manufacturer the order with design - the manufacturer/merch company should be able to log-in and take the orders and ship them. Each store member can log in to their admin area see sales and profits details or download it... The system will show us new orders/pending orders/shipped orders, which we can change status accordingly.). The basic idea for pricing is: manufacturer sets the base price, store owner add profits and promoters can also get a margin if they promote a link and makes sales. Buyers can view status of orders eg, scheduled for production, shipped out, processing delivery, delivered. Design studio will be like spreadshirt so that can be used as reference..eg user who wants to design their own product will be asked to choose product from list of all products on the website. Payment system will be customized to accept visa card, master card, and local African payment methods. It should be flexible to integrate new payment/checkout methods All graphics and website information will be written or provided by developer, including ( disclaimer, terms and conditions, privacy etc) The website should be very very easy to use and consume less data or internet since most users will be accessing with their phones. We will also like to make an app for these same website.
