Webdesign & Implementation in GenaratePress for Travel Website

I urgently need my own responsive, slim, fast and cleanly coded theme (Design & manual Coding) without a page builder for a golf travel website, as page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery are simply too slow and make too many queries. I currently have woodmart installed as the basis, which I also like very much in principle: [login to view URL] and detail page: [login to view URL] It should look fresh, attractive and modern and must load really fast Core Web Vitals Grade "A" and preferably under 1 second loading time. In the first step I basically need the following: - Header with horizontal navigation (no mega menu) and footer - Home page with grid of approx. 3 x 4 offers with prices, ratings etc. and an area above the offers for text with a jump marker to the remaining text below the offers. A search slot at the top right. - Category page with offers, image(s) and text - Sub-category with offers, images and text - Search results page - Product page similar or the same as here: [login to view URL] (with Google Maps integration) and reviews of the hotels (on all pages). - Magazine page for mainly content with 2-3 images - Imprint page So that I can then quickly and easily create and populate the pages to be created with content myself, when I want to "create a page", I want to be able to choose what type of page I want to create (category, subcategory, magazine, product, etc. (see above). I have a logo, but that will be redone in the coming days. Please use stock photos (your own or e.g. [login to view URL]). Piwik should be integrated via code (code is available). Social Media Sharing buttons on the top I need as well. You can work with the complete site via WPStaging (installed) and develop it on your working environment. I need a short documentation after completion, so that I know which elements I can edit how and where, possibly with screenshots. The site is now well set up for SEO and the theme should be too, e.g. all internal links as readable HTML links (Link-Text - no Javascript). I would like 2-3 suggestions for the design(s) with subsequent revisions. The background of the main content should be white, header and footer I could imagine in e.g. green or anthracite, but I am not fixed and look forward to your suggestions.
