A program/spider to collect US Business Email Adresses

I am looking for a program/spider to be built that will collect business owners email addresses and or business email adresses throughout the united states. If i could have a mailer built in as well this would be great. So i could collect business emails as well as mail. Now i need a whoever does this to think outside the box and be able to come up with ways to harvest business email addresses. Wether it be from craigslist business/job postings throughout the country. Or other job posting sites. Or searching google businesses or yellowpages then scraping/spider the business websites looking for email address. the main types of businesses i want to target will be restaurants, automotive, salons, tanning, nails, liquor stores, ect. let me know what you will charge for just the spider/harvester.... and then what u would charge for a mailer attached to collect/mail together (must be able to inbox - random characters, multiple servers, webmail.... ect.... whatever method will get me to INBOX)
