We need a very simple app for windows 10 with interface It allows us to add proxy details - ip, port, user name, password OR just ip and port, this proxy is then used SYSTEM wide and cannot be turned off. Should auto start at start up and can only be edited or disabled using a password. Project is $40

I have big experience network security. This work i can finish for 1 day with perfect qulity. Password will be crypted with SHA256 alogorithm and all network traffic will go through proxy. Auto start at system startup with password, and simple program interface. I will start work immediately after the details have been agreed.
