We are a consulting company with an already defined style guide however we need an expert to develop 2 (1 landscape, 1 portrait) report templates which incorporate the style guide but which are robust with respect to all the standard elements of a report template such as table of content, page numbering, tables and figure numbering, chapters and appendices, section breaking etc.

Hi, I assume that you need a .dotx file (MS Word Template) as an output for this project. It's not a big deal, but will need more than one revision to reach your requirments. I'm an MS Word expert, specially in creating complex structured documents (including TOC, TOF, section breaks, .. etc.), with business professional styles.
