Hi: Happy to help here. I also suspect that it might be a bad redirection rule on htaccess / apache. Can I assume I will have SSH access to the server? Are you using PHP-FPM with Apache or mod PHP? I can look at the config and find out if you are not sure. I don't know German but I have worked with plenty of hosting companies to find my way around.
