Wordpress site building tutorial

I would need a simple tutorial for building a simple Wordpress site using free templates, themes and plugins. Design of page is simple single page, showing banner, some welcome text and some social media feeds showing content of linked accounts. Links to social media and users photo should also be visible on page. If possible, page should have easy responsive design for Tablets and Mobile phones. Tutorial should be done in form of Video or PDF instructions. Combination of both is also ok.
