I have several Wordpress websites hosted on Google Cloud. I have set them up with Name Virtual Hosts and everything worked well until I implemented HTTPS. Now, one of the websites will not respond properly to www.<host name> but will connect correctly to <host name> The other websites have been converted to HTTPS and work fine. The one that is giving problems will direct www.<host name> to http://www.<host name> whereas just <host name> will direct correctly to https://<host-name>. I have been setting up virtual hosts for several years but I can’t work this one out and I don’t want to spend the time to find out how to fix it.

The apache zombie process gets cleared with a restart of apache, but the LSASS zombie process has to be killed manually. Both the processes would then come back up in a day or so.
