This is a local project. We are a small startup based in Mumbai.
We have a linux engineer. He has integrated PRL line (Airtel with20 extension) to Zioper dialer. We also has matrix gateway working in between. We can make and receive call through [login to view URL] is totally IP based system.
Integration of Asterisk and Zoho CRM is looking fine. Infact, whatever their we could do by reading manuals, we have done. But we are unable to make call in Zoho Crm.
Being from non technical background, if I might not able to explain you our current system then please feel free to ask your specific question so i get it clarified by my linux engineer.
