Account Manager and Customer Support

ASB is one of the fastest growing Parking Solutions companies in North America, and we are currently expanding globally. We are looking for a long-term Dedicated Account Manager & Customer Support Specialist to join our organization as an integral part of our team. The purpose of this role is to serve and support our customers and to collaborate closely with our Sales Executives. The job descriptions includes: communicating directly with our customers via inbound and outbound sales and customer support emails, logging account information into our CRM and project management softwares, delegating customer requests and requirements to departments within our organization, assisting in the sales and closing process, following up with customers, and ensuring our company maintains our reputation as being an organization that provides unparalleled customer service.
