I'm in need of a dedicated and skilled customer service expert with at least 5 years of experience to help me manage my e-commerce store's customer service operations. Key Responsibilities: - Handling order tracking and fulfillment - Managing returns and exchanges - Answering customer inquiries - Responding to live chat - Making phone calls when necessary - Reaching out to customers for reviews - Reviewing and auditing invoices from the optometry lab and fulfillment center - Responding to social media messages and comments - Assisting in signing up new affiliates - Conducting influencer outreach Skills and Experience Required: - At least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting - Proficiency in using Live chat software, Phone call software, and Email software - Experience with Shopify, Richpanel, and Excel is a plus - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously - Prior experience in handling customer service for a large number of incoming inquiries is highly desired If you meet these criteria and can handle the varied responsibilities of this role, I'd be happy to consider you for this position.
