Description: We are currently seeking seasoned recruiters to join the HR Department. Candidates with previous MLM or sales recruitment experience and a proven track record are invited to apply with us. Our program is not an MLM Ideal candidates have over 3 years of recruiting experience for junior and mid-level roles within the areas of Marketing and Sales. Engineering, and Finance recruitment experience will be considered an asset. Responsibilities: Responsible for assisting hiring managers with screening and interviews for assigned job requisitions and developing material to support key department competencies, including questions for interviews, templates for gathering interview responses, and databases for collecting evidence.
