Need Non Vip Video Section to be viewable without having to log in

I have a video sharing script for adult videos. The script has been customized with a vip section added by a web developer. He was supposed to separate the vip section file from the regular section file. The vip file is locked and only can be accessed once you pay through a merchant,that is fine. My issue is currently the regular section requires a signup/log in to view videos,and I would like this changed to where the viewer can just come to the site and view regular section videos without having to signup,or log in at all. I want the vip section to stay the same,with the sign up log in,but the regular section changed to be viewable without having to sign up,or log in. In my admin panel there is an option to have viewers view without logging in,but the problem is it unlocks everything. Including my vip section! I do not want this,and this is not what I asked for,but I cannot find the developer to correct the issue. I would like for an expert to help correct this issue,so any and all that comes to the website can view regular section videos without having to sign up or log in. But I want the vip section to remain locked like it is currently.
