552791 High skilled wordpress programmer - upload + rating plugin 2

I need a high skilled programmer to create a wordpress plugin to build sites like hotornot, dogly or something else. You could use this plugin : [login to view URL] This always integrates the full user management, but needs to be updated to the current wordpress release an extended with the missing functions. You also have to change the forms to colorbox or the already integrated thickbox. (i will buy the plugin) I need this functions at the front-end in a JS modal form !!!! : - user could login - user could request new password - user could change password - user could change profile - user could register - user could upload new images, setup one as default image, a title and a description. Also user could select one or more categories - user could edit/delete own uploads - user could manage uploads - user could rate other images like hot or not (not as modal form, should be integrated as template-tag) General requirement - Registering should work as double-opt-in. - Everything user related should work at the front-end. No wordpress backend redirection - You don't have to use other plugins - All messages should be configured as templates, so it's possible to change this without changing the plugin - Plugin must be multilanguage ready with the default wordpress translation functions (e.g. __ and _e) - Uploads should be stored as a custom-post-type - Default Image shall be stored as featured-image - Different CSS files for front-end and admin section - AJAX Uploading - OOP Programmng - New Plugin and Widget Api - Functions to retrieve best rated of : the day, the week, the month, the year, overall - Full featured backend to controll all the functions - Rating should be integrated as a template-tag - Choose at the backend if the admin uploads will be directly published or the admin must accept an upload (attention : this needs different mail-templates and messages) I only pay when the project is full finished as required. There will be no part payment. You have to work at my demo-server and the plugin must work with the twenty-eleven theme and 5-6 wordpress premium themes from woo, press75, ... (i will upload and install wordpress and the themes)
