I'm in need of a Freelancer Bench Sales Recruiter who will focus on the IT bench sales for my company. Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter - Freelance (Commission Basis) Remote This is not a salaried position Need Senior/Experienced Bench Sales recruiters who can submit our candidates to Prime vendors and Direct clients. will pay commission per placement. This person can also bring in any other consultants on our payroll (Separate incentives for this) We don't need anyone who works on Job boards. Need someone with strong relationship in the market Job Types: Part-time, Freelance Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in IT Bench Sales recruitment is a must. - Strong network in the IT industry and access to potential candidates. - Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure the successful onboarding of Senior-level candidates. - Experience in the freelancer recruitment model is a plus.
