Salesforce pdf export to print labels

We need an action (lightning) button on a "ContactPointAddress" salesforce object, to create a pdf document with the following format (Height x Width): > sheet : 296 x 210 mm (= regular A4) > label (or cell) : 37 x 105 mm > 16 labels (cells) per sheet On each of the 16 labels, we need to repeat the following information: PostalAddress Zipcode City (Country) This will be used to print on this kind of label sheets : Avery DP167-100 [login to view URL]
