Position Overview: We are an Internet Marketing Company. I am in the processes of generating cold leads that I need someone to help me make phone calls. We are currently seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential leads, asking essential questions, and determining their interest in scheduling a consultation meeting with me. Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects. • Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner. • Ask relevant questions to understand their needs and challenges. • Educate prospects about our company's services and value proposition. • Schedule consultation meetings with interested prospects. • Do detective work in finding out who the owner’s name is. Qualifications: • Can Speak like an American. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus. • Ability to handle objections and navigate conversations effectively. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude. • Familiarity with basic sales and lead qualification processes. Requirements: • Can Speak like an American. • Fast & Reliable Internet (Required to make phone calls) • Quality Microphone (Required to make phone calls) • Training and ongoing support provided. • Positive and collaborative work environment. What we will provide: • Online phone access to make phone calls. • Ability to collaborate properly. • Training on what to say. Working Hours: • USA, California (-8 PST) 9-5pm • We need to contact business owners during their working hours.
