We require a worker to enter data from a MS Word table into an Excel spreadsheet (**WE WILL PROVIDE THIS SHEET)**. The spreadsheet will house contact information about various universities/colleges.
There are 21 maximum and 14 minimum fields to be entered for each entry; HOWEVER, it is highly unlikely that you will need to fill in more than the minimum amount (in certain situations maybe no more than 16).
Majority of the data for entry is complete, i.e. has all the contact information we need. There are certain entries which are incomplete i.e. contain only a university name and website URL or for example no phone number is provided. In this case the winning bidder will have to go to the university website using the link we provide and get the contact information for that university and add it to the spreadsheet.
We will provide all documentation and help required to the winning bidder as to what formats etc we are looking for.
There are **104** entries and in the best case scenario it should take no more than 2.5 minutes to enter a row of data and if research is required no more than 7 minutes per data entry. All in all it should take no more than 5-6 hours' worth of dedicated work, but the bidder will have a week to complete the work.
